Drupal 10.4, has changed the way it orders assets (see

As a result the Bootswatch library CSS file (if used) is loaded before Bootstrap's CSS and it looks like it's not applied at all.
1. Install Drupal >=10.4
2. Enable Bootstrap5 Admin and chose a Bootswatch theme
3. ?
4. Profit
Asset ordering now only follows dependency definitions and weight, so we just need to add a dependency to bootstrap5_admin/cdn to every bootswatch library, patch attached.
