Module breaks report Status

Problem/Motivation

Get when going to /admin/reports/status, the module throws
Error: Call to undefined method Drupal::url() in comm100_requirements() (line 28 of modules/contrib/comm100_live_chat/comm100.install).

Steps to reproduce

Install module in D10 and enable. Then, go to /admin/reports/status.

Proposed resolution

Update Drupal::url(livechat.settings) to be replaced with Url::fromRoute('livechat.settings') in livechat.install file
