1.x and 2.x branches EOL

Problem/Motivation

It becomes hard to maintain 3 branches.
Since Drupal 9 reached its End Of Life on 01 Nov 2023, it's now time to drop the 1.x and 2.x branches support and focus on the Drupal 10+ 3.1.x branch.

Remaining tasks

  • Rewrite README.md to erase 1.x and 2.x references
  • Rewrite the project page description to do the same thing
