Add Delete permission

Hi,

Thank you for this wonderful module!

I'm wondering if the permissions "Delete own value for the field" and "Delete anyone's value for the field" could be added to the field configuration.

If we intend to prevent someone from editing others' values, they can still delete them. In my case, it is really important to have these delete permissions to ensure proper control over values.
