Implement new logic for overriding form add page titles

Problem/Motivation

The old logic for generating the form add page titles would not always be grammatically correct, as the article was not tied to the next word in english. The current logic ties both so the article is dynamically set according to the next word.

Proposed resolution

Implement new hook `hook_social_core_add_form_title_override()`.
