Custom PageMap Attributes

Problem/Motivation

Add the ability for an editor to add custom PageMap attributes to a page that do no rely on a specific field being available. For instance, if a content type only has a body field but the we want to allow the pagemap to have a more specific Attribute, there could be an additional node edit form input that would allow for a custom Attribute to be specified along with its value.
