Option for adding pagemap to sitemap

Problem/Motivation

PageMaps can be added to either the HTML head of a page, or they can be added to a Sitemap. This module currently only allows for embedding in the head of pages. It would be nice if a site-builder could choose whether to embed in the page or add to a Sitemap or potentially both options.
