Action buttons don't refresh with conditions on wizard pages

When using a form with conditions on the page wizards, buttons like submit or next page do not update based on the user's choices.

To reproduce: have a form with page wizards. Add a condition on the second wizard page based on the fields from the first step. Example: make the second step visible if in the first step the radio button indicates yes. Depending on the user's choice, the page must be refreshed for the next page button to appear.
