Missing the ability to add tab before or after current tab in context menu

Problem/Motivation

In the module description, I see that using context menu user can add tab before or after current and change the tab title. I only see the options to change title, remove tab, cancel button.

Not sure if we ever have that functionality in previous versions.

Steps to reproduce

Add bootstrap tabs and set #tabs to 3. In the tab context menu, option to insert new tab before or after the current tab is missing.

Proposed resolution

Give ability to add tab at desired position instead of adding always at the end by default.
