Create Advanced Theme settings form for Tailpine with support for Theme Style Switching and creating custom theme css

Create an advanced setting form for the Tailpine theme with the ability to create different color schemes for the underlying Tailwind css configuration. The setting form should also have the ability to switch to another color scheme from the at least 10 color schemes already defined. Upon saving the form, Tailwind CSS should be autogenerated based on the color scheme selection or new color sheme creation.
