Alter code in Misc, User and Views folders present in the templates folder

Please transform the files inside Misc, User and Views folders in the templates directory to the TailwindCSS and Alpine JS version of them. Add the necessary preprocess logic if necessary. Please also add corresponding Single Directory Components of these templates.
