Add Tailwind and Apline JS code to content and content-edit folders

Please transform the files inside content and content-edit folders in the templates directory to the TailwindCSS and Alpine JS version of them. Add the necessary preprocess logic if necessary. Please also add corresponding Single Directory Components of these templates.
