Change all twig markup within block folder of templates according to TailwindCSS and Alpine Js

Alter all the markup within the "block" folder of templates present in the Tailpine theme. It should have Tailwind CSS based classes and any Alpine js attributes if needed. Add any preprocessing code if needed to add extra classes. Add corresponding SDC components also.
