Version 2.x getting over the line

Hello Maintainers,

We make extensive use of this module to control the hierarchical classification of various content on our educational site and frankly, we can't live without it!

So, we're very keen to know if and when you may be able to give us a D11 compliant release.

As far as we can see, things are moving in the right direction in terms of community testing so we just thought we might help to encourage it over the line!
