Improve setup documentation

Problem/Motivation

While reviewing 🐛 Apply spaceless to templates to remove whitespaces RTBC , I had to set up a development environment for testing, and realized that the README doesn't have much information on how to set it up from scratch. And, that Views has some settings you have to change in order for it to work correctly...

1. Format -> Show: -> Settings -> Uncheck Provide default field wrapper elements
2. For each field:
   1. Configure the field
   2. Style settings -> Uncheck Add default classes

... note that we can't control these settings from Views delimited list.
