CKEditor 5 Table Button Styles Not Working Properly in Layout Builder Rich Texts

Problem/Motivation

The CKEditor 5 table button is functional, but the table button style when clicked in the Layout Builder's blocks is missing or not rendered as expected. This creates confusion for editors and complicates content editing workflows

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Layout Builder for any page in Drupal.
2. Add a custom block with a rich text field.
3. In the rich text field, click the CKEditor 5 table button to insert a table.
4. Observe that the table styles are not applied in the Layout Builder preview.

Proposed resolution

Ensure that CKEditor 5's table styles are rendered correctly in the Layout Builder preview by including the necessary CKEditor 5 table styling CSS in the Varbase Layout Builder theme.
