TypeError: array_map(): Argument ($array) must be of type array, null given

After upgrading to Commerce 3.0.0, this plugin causes a TypeError (several different ones, in fact!).

This is due to [#3468511].

Update Commerce to 3.0.0 or later.

Fix dependency injection.
