Rewrite Nightwatch tests as Playwright

Problem/Motivation

Drupal Core is moving to replace the Nightwatch tests with Playwright. See 📌 Consider dropping Nightwatch in favor of Functional Javascript tests Active .

The current Nightwatch tests have caused some difficulty in updating when Nightwatch version was upgraded to 3.x.

We should follow core and move our Nightwatch tests to Playwright.

We should ensure Core Playwright tests are running, and GitlabCI configuration is in place to support before initiating a move.
