Unable to remove via Composer

I wanted to try to remove and install this theme again using composer, however it looks like there is some dependency to Bartik theme ?

In my case i am using Bartik theme so it was already installed and now I am getting following issues using composer once I want to remove it :

$ composer remove drupal/artisan

So I do not want to uninstall Bartik as I am using it and need it ,does it mean Artistan cannot be removed using composer if there is Bartik installed ?
