Document network access requirements

Problem/Motivation

We currently do not document the network access requirements for the server or client when using the S3FS.

While most of it may seem to be expected explicitly documenting the network access requirements will provide an official source for site owners to provide to their network teams and provide a single point of refrence for S3FS to disclose the connection it makes.
