setTrackLastImported remove in d11

Problem/Motivation

track_last_imported, isTrackLastImported, setTrackLastImported, and getTrackLastImported are removed in Drupal 11.

Proposed resolution

I made a patch that removes the call to setTrackLastImported in migrate_cron.
This patch applies on 1.5 version.
