I do not support the full functionality of the Gin theme. I support bootstrap 5 admin theme
If you use the Gin admin theme → and you enable its feature called "Enable form description toggle (Show a help icon to show/hide form descriptions on content forms.)", then it will not show the descriptions until you click to a ? icon on a field to make a form more compact. Now, this module adds the entity search and + buttons inside that description meaning using the Gin theme, these buttons will not be shown until you click to that ? icon:
