Styling wrong in Layout Builder Browser

Problem/Motivation

Styling is wrong in Layout Builder browser after upgrading to Layout Builder Browser 1.8.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Layout Builder Browser 1.8.0
2. There's a new div added with the class "layout-builder-browser-block-item"

Proposed resolution

Remove the container added in Alter.php


Replace references to paragon-gin-card with layout-builder-browser-block-item

Remaining tasks

Implement fixes. Consider setting a version number for module dependency
