Undefined filetype importing translation files

Problem/Motivation

When importing translation files (.po), the following error is displayed:

The entity reference (file_type: undefined) does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

Obtain a po file.
Go to /admin/config/regional/translate/import
Select the file to import
