[pp-1] node_access_test_add_field has been removed use NodeAccessTrait instead

node_access_test_add_field will be removed in 📌 Move helpers in node_access_test.module and delete it Needs work
When that lands a test in this module will need to be updated.

Tests do not require deprecations and only four modules use this test function.
