Add "locker name" field to checkout

For me, as a boxnow client, the most important info is the boxnow locker name.
In most cases locker names includes the store and the street or area name,
ie "Super Market xxxx, Rafina", "Bakery yyy, Agia Parasevi"

Users / clients will be much more "worry free" and ready to complete the order if they are sure about
the selection they made.

Proposed solution

Add an extra field to show client the boxnow locker name.
