Definitely a feature, but this would be eligible for inclusion in 1.0.x because it only affects internal development infrastructure and is not part of the final product.
After 📌 Make it easier to run performance tests locally Active is will be possible to run performance tests locally.
Once it's possible to run performance tests locally, we can add the Gander add-on (maintained by me and @slashrm) which gives people a nice grafana dashboard with traces from performance tests.
