ServiceNotFoundException when selecting Paragraphs Blokkli Transform extension

Problem/Motivation

When I enable the "Paragraphs Blokkli Transform" extension I am getting the following error:

Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ServiceNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent service "plugin.manager.paragraph_transform". Did you mean one of these: "plugin.manager.paragraph_mutation", "plugin.manager.paragraph_conversion", "plugin.manager.paragraphs.behavior", "plugin.manager.paragraphs.conversion"? in Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container->get() (line 159 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php). 

It looks like the paragraphs_blokkli_transform module needs to be enabled for this extension to work.
