Problem/Motivation

The LibraryDiscovery class is deprecated in Drupal 11 and will be removed in Drupal 12

Proposed resolution

Replace the LibraryDiscoveryInterface parameter type hint with LibraryDiscoveryCollector and replace the clearCachedDefinitions() method with its parent clear() method.
