Problem/Motivation

My client with his very old D7 site has just reported starting to see this on all pages:

User does not have sufficient permissions for this profile.

I know support for D7 version likely has been dropped.. but just in case anyone knows what the issue is. I was on 3.1 and just updated to 3.2. Made no difference. GA itself is still working as i can see updated stats on my GA account page.
