is-active is not being applied to menu url

I just checked on my sites and is-active is there as expected. We'll need some refined steps to reproduce to take this on as a bug report.

its suddenly working , the only thing i did was remove this patch , so i'm not sure if that was it https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2021-12-02/2726471-28.patch →
