Problem/Motivation

Coder 8.3.27 was released today (earlier pipelines this morning ran code 8.3.26)
There are some new sniffs included in the release, which fail our code checks

A colon ":" must be used to open a case statement, found ";"
| | (Drupal.ControlStructures.CaseSemicolon.SemicolonNotAllowed)
