Update event registration fields in views to fix multiple problems

Problem/Motivation

Some registration-related fields do not work when added to views. Most do not have helpful descriptions, particularly when they function differently as a field than as a filter. Most just say "The event registration configuration." as a description.

An example of a field available for views that does not work is the one labelled "Event Registration" for Event Series entities. The field cannot be added to a view and needs to be fixed or removed as an option.

I wonder if grouping fields within Views would be helpful so that, say, all the registration-related fields are in their own Category as otherwise, the Event Series list of fields gets very long.

Steps to reproduce

Make any view of Event Series and see the above issues.

Proposed resolution

I will add new descriptions and test all the registration fields to see which ones actually work as expected.
