Suggestions for UI improvements

It would be helpful if the system names displayed in the same box as the rest of the permission information. Like between the label and the description, or below both. The dedicated column for SYSTEM NAME is taking up a great deal of space to no great benefit.

Also, the extensive description at the top of the page is useful a few times, perhaps, but before very long it becomes just something you have to scroll past to get to the actual form. It would be nice if it was either not there by default, or if it could be hidden in some way.
