views-view--table is always styled with table-bordered.

Problem/Motivation

The component views-view--table always adds the class table-bordered to the table tag. There is no convenient way to disable this, other than override the whole component.

Proposed resolution

Allow a twig parameter, similar to responsive or sticky, named "bordered" to be passed from the template to the component. The default should be enabled (bordered) to be backwards compatible, since this component was added in 2023.
