Add field label token for custom template formatter

Problem/Motivation

As requested in comment: https://www.drupal.org/project/custom_field/issues/3496708#comment-15930477 ✨ Formatter wrapper tags, classes, etc. Active , there is not currently a way to output the actual field label in the custom template. There is no token available to select. We can add this option.

Proposed resolution

A new token property ':field_label' will be present in the token browser.
