bulk invitations additional check of group parameter

Problem/Motivation

In some cases bulk operations are broken with the next error message:

Parameter "group" for route "ginvite.invitation.bulk" must match "[^/]++" ("" given) to generate a corresponding URL. in Drupal\Core\Routing\UrlGenerator->doGenerate() (line 209 of /var/www/html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/UrlGenerator.php).
