Fork and update league/flysystem-replicate-adapter for replication with Flysystem V3

The Replication feature of v1/v2 of this module depends on the above referenced library, which is only compatible with the Flysystem v1 library. There is a fork, referenced in the issue above, that works with v2, and possibly v3.

This issue is for tracking any porting of this feature to v3 of the module, which will utilize Flysystem v3 library. If this feature is ported, a decision will need to be made on whether to fork and implement an updated version from the original, or to evaluate and utilize the fork referenced in the issue above, which as not been updated in 3 years.
