In https://www.drupal.org/about/core/blog/drupalci-and-all-patch-testing-wi... → we announced that DrupalCI test results will be removed January 1st. That time has come.
Removing the results means disabling and uninstalling the project_issue_file_test (pift) module. There are a few straggling dependencies from drupalorg on pift which need to be removed first.

The first phase of this is now done. Old test results are no longer accessible.
Next, there is more code in drupalorg, extended_file_field, and bluecheese that can be removed since it is no longer doing anything.
And we can uninstall the module and permanently delete its data.
This is now done, and pift is removed from our codebase.
