[PP-1] [Plan] Aggregate geographic search results

Problem/Motivation

Postponed on ✨ Add support for ElasticSearch Geo queries via search_api_location Active .

ElasticSearch has the ability to bucket-aggregate (i.e.: group, facet) search results by:

1. Geo-distance,
2. Geohash grid,
3. Geohex grid,
4. Geotile grid,
5. Geo-line,
6. Geo-bounds, and/or
7. Geo-centroid

Proposed resolution

Expose some of these geographical aggregation types to the Facets module → .

Remaining tasks

1. Determine which bucket-aggregation types we want to add support for
2. Create sub-issues for the ones we want to support
