Hide processors which are not supported in facets exposed filters

Some Facet Processors require Facets as entities to work (e.g. the Dependent Facet processor).

We need to add the type to the facet, and change the provided processors to detect if they support the current facet type (at this moment being: facet_entity or views_exposed_filter).
