D9 install issue

Module can't be install with Drupal 9.5.11 version

I encountered issues installing it with my Drupal 9.5 version via Composer, as the node-export module relies on the [action]( https://www.drupal.org/project/action → ) module, which only functions with versions greater than 10.2.

I propose to change supported version list from `^8 || ^9 || ^10` to only greater than 10.2
