Moving to the correct project since the UI has nothing to do with ECA.

I don't think there are other components left now, that could be moved. So, I'm closing for now. Please re-open with more details related to the latest 3.0.x branch, that may explain otherwise.
Please note: in v3 the element palette is now in the top left corner without any padding, and we also have a minimap, which is available in the bottom-left corner of the canvas, which helps you navigate around in bigger canvases when you've zoomed in. I'd say, this makes it really easy to wonder around in the canvas, and floating components would rather be distracting.
