"Select Immediate Parent" Option has to be added for Restrict Selection to Only the Immediate Parent of a Child

I have created a Merge Request to address this issue by introducing a "Select Immediate Parent" option in term reference tree widget settings.

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

• Go to the Manage Fields tab of any fieldable entity (such as a content type, taxonomy term, or user).
• Add a new field with a type of Term Reference.
• In the widget select box, select Term reference tree.
• Under Widget Settings, enable the "Select Immediate Parent" option.
