Problem/Motivation

Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException: The 'core_version_requirement' key must be present in themes/contrib/drupal8_parallax_theme/drupal8_parallax_theme.info.yml in Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserDynamic->parse() (line 67 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/InfoParserDynamic.php).
