Fork and include twistor/flysystem-stream-wrapper in this module

Problem/Motivation

The thrid party streamwrapper, twistor/flysystem-stream-wrapper, is no longer supported by the maintainer.

In preparation for moving from league/flysystem v1 to league/flysystem v2 or v3, we are going to fork and include the code for twistor/flysystem-stream-wrapper in this module.

This issue is for tracking this change, as well as the refactoring for the module that is needed to replace twistor/flysystem-stream-wrapper with the internal stream wrapper created when the original library was forked.
