Problem/Motivation

After updating Drupal Core from ~10.3.0 to ~10.4.0
Not able to apply the patch

Proposed resolution

Remove a patch for Drupal Core on 🐛 Deprecated function: mb_strtolower(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in Drupal\Component\Utility\Html::getId() (line 219 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/Utility/Html.php) Needs work
