The Home menu keeps changing to the path of the last menu accessed.
Start Drupal, home page is displayed. Browser URL line shows https://windsofhawi.com/drupal/ which is correct.
Hover over Welcome menu, path shows https://windsofhawi.com/drupal/node/15.
Click Welcome menu, correct page is displayed.
Hover over Home menu, path shows https://windsofhawi.com/drupal/node/15.
Clicking home does not do anything.
Also
Log in, do some work, and Log out displays error The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.
and browser URL bar displays https://windsofhawi.com/drupal/user/logout
Work done to isolate:
Deleted all added modules
- Image CAPTCHA and CAPTCHA
- Backup and Migrate
- Google analytics
Installed and switched to Bootstrap5 4.0.3 theme
Issue persistes.

Thanks for the report. I think this issue needs to be clarified with steps to reproduce in order to be considered as a bug report. For example "The website encountered an unexpected error" normally produces an error in logs. Providing us that error will be useful.
