Well it seems this module is almost dead and there are like 70+ open issues with no admin activity and when there is anyone who can help and possible enhance this awesome module - you wont let him to help you?
Why?

This person was spamming requests for project retrievals. The Drupal moderation team had to revisit many projects because people were accepting these requests even though they had just registered on the site, without proof of their skills.

However, nothing prevents anyone from participating in the project, by proposing pull requests and passing the tickets to "Reviewed & tested by the community".
