Undefined array id in thunder_action_info_alter

- Running a multilanguage site... Thunder 7.4.0 and Drupal 10.4.0
- Upgraded from php8.1 to php8.3

Some pages show this:
Warning: Undefined array key "id" in thunder_action_info_alter() (line 180 of profiles/contrib/thunder/thunder.profile).

Does anyone know if php8.3 changed anything to affect thunder?
How to fix this?
